I’m a personal trainer with 10 years of experience in strength training and CrossFit, and 6 years of coaching athletes at all levels. I specialize in strength training and CrossFit movements, helping clients build strength, confidence, and long-term athleticism.


I’m a former Division I swimmer at Providence College with 17 years of competitive swimming experience, which shaped my disciplined, performance-driven approach to training. As a strong woman who isn’t afraid to take up space, I coach my clients to do the same—showing up strong, capable, and ready to dominate in the gym.
