Spinning®
Motivational music will move you through an inspirational indoor cycling workout. Burn serious calories while toning your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves. (Beginners should arrive early for help with bike setup!
E.V.O.L.V.E.
EVOLVE!- is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.
Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow-Vinyasa means breath synchronized movements. Movements are smooth, flowing, and physically exhilarating - helping you improve energy flow throughout your body. Because of life's stressors, this is the perfect class to release that blockage of energy you may be holding on to. Out with the bad & in with good.
Pump N Pedal
Pump N Pedal -This workout combines Strength training off the bike with Cardio on the Spinner & bike. This workout is thorough because it offers cardio and strength training in one session. Great for those who are looking for a time efficient workout.
KickBox BootCamp
Kick Box Boot Camp- You will Kickbox your way into high energy class. You will kick, punch - and then add boot camp elements! Great way to maximize your time!
Zumba®
Ditch the workout and join the party – exercise has never been so fun! This fun, easy to follow cardio dance class combines high energy and motivating Latin
music. Unique moves and combinations will make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Zumba is the best way to “dance away your worries”!

Team Training Classes

These are Specialty Group Training Classes where Together Everyone Achieves More.
Unlimited TEAM Training classes are included with the VIP membership, or can be taken for a drop in fee.
BattleFit
ARE YOU READY? ARE YOU SURE? For each class you and your squad go on a different mission- working together to finish a tough, British Military style type of training. Great for Police, Fire, Rescue, Military or those who are training for Tough Mudders, Adventure Races, Spartan Races, Cross Fitters and weekend warriors alike. Escape Your Limits and prepare for Battle. 
Jolt
JOLT is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) style program designed to create maximum results in a short, calculated period of time. It is based on true periodization – a systematic, progressive cycling of various aspects of a training program during a specific period of time to achieve the best performance results possible. 
Hustle & Muscle
This class is on the 30’ x 100’ turf area and will work for people of all ages, levels, abilities...and will be amazingly FUN! Each trainer and coach brings their own unique style and flavor to the class which focuses on strength (the muscle part) and endurance (the hustle part).  You can be using self powered cardio machines doing intervals, or sprinting down the turf with sleds, flipping the cool TiYR's or any number of things.  Just be sure to bring that hustle!
Spivi Spin
Spivi Spin: classes are so much fun! Participate in a unique indoor cycling experience where you become immersed in the scenery of the fast flats and challenging climbs. Bike along winding roads and over virtual mountains while tracking performance data such as power, cadence, speed distance and heart rate. The Spivi system is an interactive multimedia platform Studio that delivers mind-blowing indoor cycling workouts.
Quick H.I.I.T.
Short on time but big on results. A fun, fast paced, high intensity workout that changes all the time to keep you motivated and pushing your limits. Great for all levels and abilities. A FITMETRIX Heart Rate Monitor (or other connected device) is REQUIRED.
